Kent County Sheriff
GALENA — Kartik Kiritkumar Patel, 32, Smyrna, Del., on April 20, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (to wit: dextroamphetamine); and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
He was charged after K-9 Khari scanned the vehicle and alerted to the odor of suspected CDS.
Patel also was charged with stopping, standing, parking on roadway when prohibited.
He was released on personal recognizance.
Cpl. Parker Hudson conducted the traffic stop at 11:25 p.m. on southbound U.S. Route 301 at the 120-mile marker.
Sgt. Scott Lockerman assisted.
Chestertown Police
CHESTERTOWN — Ryan Edwin Holdgreve, 21, Centreville, on April 10, was charged with driving on suspended license and privilege; driving on an expired license; driving in violation of restricted license requirement; driving while license is suspended; and driving without required license and authorization.
PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 9:18 p.m. on Washington Avenue.
