CHESTERTOWN — Jacqueline Marie Doerr, 27, Chestertown, on June 1, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; and failure to display two lighted front lamps when required.
She was released on personal recognizance.
Cpl. Parker Hudson conducted the traffic stop at 12:46 a.m. on state Route 291 at Morgnec Cutoff Road.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Cpl. Hudson detected the odor of alcohol coming from Doerr. She was charged after she allegedly performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests.
Chestertown Police
CHESTERTOWN — Arnold Lavern Johnson, 65, Church Hill, on April 9, was charged with willfully tampering with a motor vehicle without owner’s consent (two counts).
The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 300-block of Calvert Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Sara Jean Moore, 45, Worton, on May 10, was charged with failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Officer Ryan Thompson conducted the traffic stop at 5:02 p.m. on Scheeler Road at Haacke Drive.

CHESTERTOWN — Jessica Marie Johnson, 42, Chestertown, on May 12, was charged with driving a vehicle with suspended registration; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; operating an unregistered vehicle; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; and driving without required license and authorization.
Cpl. Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 8:07 p.m. in the 800-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Cameron Isaiah Douglas Henry, 23, Chestertown, on May 18, was charged with driving a vehicle with suspended registration; motor vehicle not equipped with exhaust muffler system, unlawful use of muffler cutoff; motor vehicle equipped with unlawfully modified exhaust system, noise abatement device; and materially altering, changing vehicle equipment after inspection certificate issued.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 11:59 a.m. in the 800-block of High Street.
