MILLINGTON — Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a single-vehicle crash June 4 on River Road.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Jeanne McCloskey, 63, Rock Hall, and a passenger were treated at the scene for minor injuries after the vehicle that McCloskey was operating — a 2020 Jeep Cherokee — struck a deer.
They were not transported to a hospital, according to the news release.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.

GALENA — Deputy Shane Steppe is investigating a single-vehicle crash June 7 on Black Bottom Road.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Katelyn Morgan was operating a Kia sport utility vehicle that struck a deer.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Chestertown Police
CHESTERTOWN — James Desmond Jones Jr., 32, Chestertown, on May 30, was charged with modifying exhaust system, noise abatement device on vehicle, causing excessive noise emission; and materially altering, changing equipment after inspection, repair order certificate issued.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 11:06 a.m. in the 500-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Sara Jean Moore, 45, Worton, on May 31, was charged with driving with an expired license; driving without required license and authorization; driving while license is suspended; and driving on suspended license and privilege.
