CHESTERTOWN — Benito Rodriguez Jr., 59, Tonopah, Ariz., on June 19, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; driving vehicle with suspended registration; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 9:23 a.m. on Washington Avenue at Morgnec Road.

CHESTERTOWN — Kimberly Dean, 67, Chestertown, on June 23, was charged with negligent driving; failure to control speed to avoid a collision; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The charges were filed after PFC Travis Burke investigated a single-vehicle crash at 7:54 p.m. in the 200-block of Cedar Street.
