CHESTERTOWN — Robert Nathaniel Brown Jr., 69, Chestertown, on July 20, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol per se; and driving while impaired by alcohol.
He also was charged with negligent driving; reckless driving; failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions; and stopping, standing, parking vehicle in intersection.
PFC Meera Srinivasan conducted the traffic stop at 2:56 p.m. on Morgnec Road (state Route 291) at Washington Avenue (state Route 213).

CHESTERTOWN — Barbara Leeanne Lemaire, 30, Claiborne, on July 30, was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.
PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 10:18 p.m. on Washington Avenue.
