CHESTERTOWN — Corey Demetrius Rogers, 56, Chestertown, on Aug. 2, was charged with failure to avoid projecting glaring light within 500 feet of approaching vehicle; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; and driving while license is suspended.
Cpl. Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 8:51 p.m. in the 800-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Abigail Elizabeth Smith, 23, Ridgely, on Aug. 8, was charged with failure to display registration card upon demand by a police officer; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; driving without required license and authorization; operating unregistered vehicle; displaying expired registration plate; driving without current registration plates and validation tabs; unauthorized display and use of registration plate; and driving in violation of restricted license requirement.
PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 12:01 p.m. on Washington Avenue at Morgnec Road.
Kent County Sheriff
ROCK HALL — Glenn Scott Kilpatrick, 52, Spring City, Pa., on Aug. 13, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; and driver consuming alcoholic beverage in passenger area of vehicle on the roadway.
He was released on personal recognizance.
