CHESTERTOWN — Gillian Frances Hanson, 25, Chestertown, on Dec. 17, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol per se; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while so far impaired that she cannot drive safely.
Hanson also was charged with failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
The charges were filed after PFC Travis Burke investigated a motor vehicle crash at 2:53 a.m. in the 400-block of High Street.
