WORTON — Lt. Scott Duhamell of the Kent County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle fire that occurred on Big Woods Road on Sept. 11.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Aaron Short, 25, of Worton was operating a 2006 Chevrolet truck that “caught fire” while being driven.
Short was able to drive the vehicle off the road, according to the news release.
No injuries were reported.
The vehicle was a “total loss,” according to the news release.
