CHESTERTOWN — The Kent County chapter of the Delmarva Pride Center will host the Chestertown Pride Festival in May, and now’s the time to sign up as a vendor.
“This community celebration brings together residents, families and visitors from across Kent County and the Eastern Shore to celebrate diversity, inclusion and pride,” a news release states.
The festival — Friday evening, May 1 and Saturday afternoon, May 2 in Wilmer Park — will feature local organizations, artists, businesses, performers and community groups, “creating a welcoming space for everyone to connect, learn and celebrate,” according to the news release.
Participating as a vendor is a great way to:
• Share information about your mission, services or programs.
• Connect with community members and allies.
• Show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community on the Eastern Shore.
Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
