CHESTERTOWN — Malachi Javon Freeman, 24, Worton, on March 19, was charged with a seat belt violation; displaying expired registration plate; failure to display registration card upon demand by police officer; failure to display license to uniformed police officer on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; and driving while license is suspended.
Officer Ryan Thompson conducted the traffic stop at 12:09 p.m. in the 500-block of Washington Avenue.
