FUGITIVE. Christopher Bayard Markow, 38, Chestertown, on April 8, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with being a fugitive from the state of Delaware, where he is charged with burglary and related crimes. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ESCAPE. Daniel Wayne Manley, 37, Rock Hall, on April 10, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with first-degree escape. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Tre Lamar Kennard, 30, Chestertown, on April 10, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Nytre Nickael Green, 24, Chestertown, on April 11, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BURGLARY. Sgt. Phil Trinks is investigating a reported burglary April 12 in the 25000-block of Fox Chase Drive, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told deputies that a known subject made entry into the residence.
BURGLARY. Deputy Shane Steppe is investigating a reported burglary and theft of money April 13 in the 21000-block of Tolchester Beach Road, near Chestertown.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault April 13 in the 25000-block of Worton Lynch Road, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
FTA. Charles Alsup III, 44, Chestertown, on April 14, was served two circuit court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Montrail Cortez Montgomery Jr., 31, Chestertown, on April 14, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting a cash bond.
BURGLARY. Sgt. Phil Trinks is investigating a reported burglary April 17 in the 10700-block of Foreston Road, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the estimated value of the items taken is more than $7,500.
FTA. Kevin Bernard Smith, 60, Worton, on April 18, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Joel Patrick Anderson, 48, Rock Hall, on April 18, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction; burglary: fourth-degree theft; being a rogue and a vagabond; theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and theft, less than $100 (six counts). He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. John Wayne Boone III, 26, Church Hill, on April 18, was served a circuit court warrant for second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Peter Alexander Stefanide, 30, North East, on April 19, was arrested for failure to appear on a St. Clair County, Alabama warrant. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. DFC Sam Manning made the arrest.
ASSAULT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a reported assault April 19 following a disturbance in the 8000-block of Bell Rose Lane, Chestertown.
