Fabio Terlevich to be honored as county’s Cooperator of the Year

WORTON — Fabio Terlevich will be honored as the Cooperator of the Year when the Kent Soil & Water Conservation District holds its annual Cooperator’s Dinner next month.

Red Acres Farm Venue is the locale for the Friday, April 11 event that will begin with a tour of Red Acres Hydroponics’ greenhouse.

There also will be a silent auction to benefit the S. Wickes Westcott Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Ticket are $35 for adults, $15 for youth ages 6 to 12, and free for children 5 and younger.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with the greenhouse tour, appetizers and a cash bar.

The pit beef and turkey dinner is at 7 p.m., followed by presentation of awards.

According to a post on the Kent Soil & Water Conservation District Facebook page, honoree Fabio Terlevich “has created phenomenal habitat on his farm in Rock Hall including grasslands that have attracted bobwhite quail.”

Red Acres Farm is located at 25367 Lambs Meadow Road, Worton.
