CHESTERTOWN — This year, Kent School’s signature fundraiser promises an evening of live music, line dancing and philanthropy.
A Nashville-themed auction titled “The Grand Ole Osprey” will be held on Saturday, March 28, beginning at 6 p.m.
The public is invited.
“The lively event will bring a taste of Music City to campus while raising important funds to support the school’s students, teachers and newest learning space,” a news release states.
There will be silent and live auctions featuring “unique items and unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences,” according to the news release.
The event also will include a special paddle raise dedicated to completing the furnishings for Kent School’s brand-new Osprey Innovation Center, a space designed to support creativity, collaboration and hands-on learning.
Tickets are $85 per person.
All proceeds will directly benefit Kent School programs and facilities.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together in support of Kent School’s students,” said Tricia Mooney ‘83, director of development and alumni relations.
“The Osprey Innovation Center will open new doors for exploration and innovation, and we are excited to invite supporters to help us complete this inspiring space,” Mooney added.
