ASSAULT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Jan. 18, responded to the 100-block of Adela Way for a reported assault. According to a CPD news release, the suspect was known to the complainant. The complainant was referred to the district court commissioner’s office to apply for charges.
MDOP. Cpl. Chris Schwink, on Jan. 23, responded to the 100-block of Scheeler Road for a complaint of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle. According to a CPD news release, the case remains open.
THEFT. Nytre Nickael Green, 24, Chestertown, on Jan. 27, was served a district court summons for theft, less than $100. The offense is alleged to have occurred June 24, 2024 in the 200-block of Maple Avenue.
DRUGS. Shakel Malon Frazier, 25, Chestertown, on Jan. 31, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for drug-related offenses, including possession of cannabis with intent to distribute. He was released on his signature.
FTA. Xavier Niquea Glasco, 32, Chestertown, on Feb. 4, was served a Caroline County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released on Feb. 5 after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
MDOP. Cpl. Chris Schwink, on Feb. 4, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 300-block of Calvert Street.
FRAUD. Cpl. Chris Schwink, on Feb. 4, took a report of fraud in the 100-block of Spring Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
ASSAULT. A 15-year-old male, on Feb. 6, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Poplar Avenue. Cpl. Chris Schwink and Officer Ryan Thompson investigated.
ASSAULT. Two 13-year-old females and two 14-year-old females, on Feb. 7, were referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Calvert Street. PFC Travis Burke responded for a report of an assault in progress.

THEFT. Edward Collacott Gallo, 47, Chestertown, on Feb. 12, was served a district court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and conducting a theft scheme, $100 to less than $1,500. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred between Nov. 8, 2024 and Feb. 2, 2025 in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis investigated.
THEFT. PFC Travis Burke, on Feb. 13, responded to the 400-block of High Street for a reported theft. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is open.
THEFT. Travon Edward Harding, 29, Chestertown, on Feb. 14, was served a district court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500. The offense is alleged to have occurred Jan. 30 in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.
THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Feb. 16, responded to the 700-block of Washington Avenue for a reported shoplifting. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
COUNTERFEIT. PFC Travis Burke, on Feb. 17, responded to the 500-block of Washington Avenue for a report of counterfeit currency. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
BURGLARY. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Feb. 17, responded to the 200-block of Roosevelt Drive for a reported burglary. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
Kent County Sheriff
INTERCEPTION OF COMMUNICATION. Bryan Preston Foreman, 65, Chestertown, on Jan. 31, was served a district court summons for interception of communication; and possession of interception device. He was released after signing for the summons.
PROBATION. Kentrall Luther Sisco, 32, Worton, on Feb. 11, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Sgt. Nate Blazejak is investigating a reported theft of a motor vehicle Feb. 14 in the 32000-block of River Road, Millington.
MDOP. Sgt. Phil Trinks is investigating a Feb. 14 report of damage to an athletic field at Kent County High School. Damage was caused by an all-terrain vehicle. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.
PROBATION. Thomas Eugene Javins, 61, Chestertown, on Feb. 15, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. Subsequently he was released after posting $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Mike Piasecki is investigating a reported assault Feb. 16 in the 25000-block of Luhaven Road, near Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
