KENNEDYVILLE — James Lemond Henry, 34, Worton, on Feb. 16, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol per se; driving while impaired by alcohol; driving, attempting to drive while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely; driving, attempting to drive while under the influence of alcohol, alcohol per se while transporting a minor; and driving, attempting to drive while impaired by alcohol while transporting a minor.
He also was charged with driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; driving on expired license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; negligent driving; reckless driving; failure to stop at a stop sign; and failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision.
He was released on personal recognizance.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Henry, operating a Jeep Commander, allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and subsequently struck a curb.
The crash occurred at 11:06 p.m. on eastbound state Route 298 at state Route 213.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.

CHESTERTOWN — Thomas Lovell Isler, 35, Waldorf, on Feb. 18, was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; displaying expired registration plate; and driving vehicle with suspended registration.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 5:18 p.m. on North Cross Street at Maple Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Jamale Alexander Brown, 42, Chestertown, on Feb. 22, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving while license is suspended; driving on suspended license and privilege; and failure to stop at steady circular red signal.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 8:03 p.m. on Morgnec Road at Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Craig Jamar Turner, 37, Chestertown, on Feb. 23, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely.
He also was charged with failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; failure to equip vehicle with required red stop lamp visible from a distance of not less than 300 feet; failure to display and reflect red color light on rear lamps and reflectors as required; driving without adequate rear registration plate illumination; and failure to display lighted lamps, illuminating device in unfavorable visibility conditions.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 2:28 a.m. at the traffic circle on High Street and Morgnec Road.
