CHESTERTOWN — Latoya Chevelle Lyons, 32, Chestertown, on Oct. 26, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while so far impaired that she cannot drive safely; and driving with suspended registration.
Officer Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 1:46 a.m. in the 700-block of High Street.

ROCK HALL — Jerry Brian Grussing, 50, Chestertown, on Nov. 6, was served a district court summons for attempt to elude police by failing to stop; driving, attempting to drive vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock as required; driving at speed exceeding limit; reckless driving; and negligent driving.
The charges stem from a traffic stop at 12:37 a.m. Nov. 1 on state Route 20 at Edesville Road.

CHESTERTOWN — Cpl. Kasey Griffitts is investigating a two-vehicle crash Nov. 6 on Maple Avenue.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, a 2009 Honda sport utility vehicle operated by Sally Ann Coleman of Chestertown and a 2003 Chevrolet truck operated by Dwayne Edward Burton of Chestertown collided.
Burton was transported by Emergency Medical Services personnel to an area hospital for medical treatment, according to the news release.
Police reported that neither vehicle was towed from the scene.
