Chestertown Police

THEFT. Alexander Wade Foote, 26, Lexington Park, on Oct. 10, was served an arrest warrant charging him with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle; theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; being a rogue and a vagabond; unauthorized removal of a motor vehicle; driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent; and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Aug. 11 in the 200-block of Calvert Street.

According to a CPD news release, the vehicle has been located.

Cambridge Police Department served the warrant. Foote initially was held in Cambridge on charges there, according to the news release.

ASSAULT. A 15-year-old female, on Oct. 25, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of first- and second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. She initially was transported to a juvenile holding facility. PFC Brandon McGinnis and Chief Ron Dixon responded to the area of Cutter Crossing for the reported assault.

BURGLARY. Lorenzo Donzel Blyther Jr., 36, Chestertown, on Oct. 29, was served a summons for third- and fourth-degree burglary; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Oct. 2 in the 700-block of High Street.

THEFT. A 15-year-old male, on Nov. 5, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of theft from a vehicle. The offense is alleged to have occurred Oct. 30 in the 600-block of Cannon Street. Officer Ryan Thompson was the responding officer.

 

Kent County Sheriff

PROBATION. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 39, Rock Hall, on Nov. 5, was served a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of probation. She was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.

DRUGS. Lawrence William Simns Jr., 66, Rock Hall, on Nov. 7, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a large amount of a controlled dangerous substance; possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possess fentanyl/heroin mix with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. James Henry Marshall 3rd, 55, Baltimore, on Nov. 8, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bail initially was set at $1,000.
