CHESTERTOWN — Horlando Andres Ambrocio Chun, 24, Chestertown, on Nov. 8, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; negligent driving; reckless driving; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; and driving without required license and authorization.
Cpl. Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 6:18 p.m. in the 800-block of Washington Avenue (McDonald’s parking lot).

CHESTERTOWN — Ernest D. Hyett, 64, Worton, on Nov. 14, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol; reckless driving; negligent driving; driving on the left side of the road in a posted no-passing zone marked by pavement striping; and failure to drive on the right half of the road when required.
Cpl. Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 9:59 p.m. in the 800-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Kareem Roderick, 27, Chestertown, on Nov. 24, was served must-appear traffic citations for knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; and attempt to elude police in official police vehicle by failing to stop.
He also was served 16 payable traffic citations.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 7:35 p.m. at the High Street-Morgnec Road traffic circle.

CHESTERTOWN — Peter Simon Pletzer, 45, Betterton, on Nov. 26, was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; failure to equip vehicle with required red stop lamp visible from a distance of not less than 300 feet; and driving vehicle with suspended registration.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 3:30 p.m. at the Washington Square shopping center.

CHESTERTOWN — Timothy Alexander Szilagya, 26, Chestertown, on Nov. 30, was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; driving without current registration plates and validation tabs; failure to display registration card upon demand by a police officer; displaying expired registration plate; and exceeding the posted maximum speed, 35 mph in a posted 25-mph zone.
PFC Meera Srinivasan conducted the traffic stop at 5:06 p.m. in the 800-block of High Street.
Kent County Sheriff
GALENA — Dawn Marie Gannon, 51, Galena, on Dec. 13, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
She also was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle; driving on a suspended out-of-state license; driving on a revoked out-of-state license; displaying expired registration plate; driving without required license and authorization; and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required.
She was released on personal recognizance.
Capt. Harry Kettner conducted the traffic stop at 2:49 p.m. on northbound state Route 290 at Duck Puddle Road.
