CHESTERTOWN — Osman Ramiro Aragon Garcia, 38, Chestertown, on Nov. 1, was charged with driving in violation of restricted license requirement; failure to display license to uniformed police officer on demand; and driving without required license and authorization.
PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 9:07 p.m. in the 100-block of Spring Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Cristian Naula, 28, Camden Wyoming, Del., on Nov. 7, was charged with failure to equip vehicle with rear red stop lamp visible from a distance of not less than 300 feet; driving without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police officer on demand.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 4:53 p.m. on Morgnec Road at Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Kevin Joseph McCormick Wise, 32, Millersville, on Nov. 15, was charged with exceeding posted maximum speed limit, driving 40 mph in a posted 25-mph zone; failure to display license to uniformed police officer on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; and driving while license is suspended.
Officer Ryan Thompson conducted the traffic stop at 10:30 a.m. in the 800-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Samuel Santiago Bustamante Jimenez, 37, Chestertown, on Nov. 15, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely.
He also was charged with failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision; changing lanes when unsafe; negligent driving; failure to secure a child under age 8 in a child safety seat when transporting in a vehicle; seat belt violation; and failure to display registration card upon demand of a police officer.
The crash occurred at 6:15 p.m in the 400-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Trevor Jurrell Smith, 25, Claymont, Del., on Nov. 13, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with attempt by driver to elude police in an official vehicle by failing to stop; attempt by driver to elude police in an official vehicle by fleeing on foot; attaching unauthorized vehicle registration plate with intent to conceal, misrepresent vehicle owner; driving without owner’s consent with intent to deprive owner; driving in excess of reasonable and prudent speed; driving at speed exceeding limit; reckless driving; and failure to display lighted lamps, illuminating device in unfavorable visibility conditions.
Smith also was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle; and theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000.
The offenses are alleged to have occurred July 22 on Morgnec Road.
