Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. Brandi A. Reed, 40, Chestertown, on Nov. 2, was served a district court summons for assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about Oct. 16 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.

FTA. Richard Joseph O’Neill III, 29, Chestertown, on Nov. 5, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

DRUGS. William Dudley Thompson Jr., 55, Chestertown, on Nov. 9, was served citations for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (to wit: methamphetamine); and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 800-block of High Street. PFC Travis Burke investigated

FTA. Steven Augustine Ford, 50, Worton, on Nov. 11, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center.

FTA. Brenda Eufemia Fuentes-Lobation, 18, Marydel, on Nov. 11, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.

ASSAULT. Terrence Patrick Chouinard, 53, Chestertown, on Nov. 12, was charged with second-degree assault; disturbing the peace; and disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 600-block of Washington Avenue. PFC Brandon McGinnis investigated.

FRAUD. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Nov. 12, took a report of an attempted fraud-identity theft in the 500-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Nov. 19, took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 300-block of Cedar Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

MDOP. PFC Brandon McGinnis, on Nov. 21, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 500-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. Kandace Aline Sarratt, 37, Dundalk, on Nov. 21, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with theft, less than $100. The offense is alleged to have occurred April 18, 2024 in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.

 

Kent County Sheriff

TRAFFIC. Steven Augustine Ford, 50, Worton, on Nov. 11, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with numerous traffic offenses, including fleeing and eluding. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ORDER. Colin Duane Caldeira, 43, Chestertown, on Nov. 11, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court arrest warrant charging him with violation of a protective order. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Nov. 12, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $5,000.

FTA. Stephen Andrew Whitlock, 49, Chestertown, on Nov. 12, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Robert Everett Pyfer III, 35, Worton, on Nov. 13, was charged with second-degree assault; and resisting, interfering with arrest. He initially was held without bond in the Kent County Detention Center. On Nov. 17, Pyfer was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $2,000. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 24000-block of Smithville Road, Worton. 

DELINQUENCY. Takeria Shaunyea Blake, 31, Chestertown, on Nov. 16, was served a district court summons for contributing to the condition of a child. She was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. Thomas Max Walker, 64, Chestertown, on Nov. 16, was served a district court summons for theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. He was released on personal recognizance.

FTA. Wesley Aaron Adams, 37, Georgetown, Del., on Nov. 17, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Nov. 19, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $2,000.

ASSAULT. Morgan Brianna Stallings, 20, Delmar, on Nov. 17, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with second-degree assault; and making a false statement to an officer. Bond initially was set at $10,000. On Nov. 19, Stallings was released on personal recognizance.

PROBATION. Robert Everett Pyfer III, 35, Worton, on Nov. 17, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Nov. 19, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $20,000.

ASSAULT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault Nov. 18. in the 800-block of Washington Avenue, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.

FTA. William A. Garlic, 52, Townsend, Del., on Nov. 19, was served a circuit court bench arrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Ryan Alan Carroll, 52, Earleville, on Nov. 20, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Carrie Hope Harris, 35, Kennedyville, on Nov. 21, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.

FTA. Jason Nathaniel Seago, 41, Chestertown, on Nov. 21, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $1,000 bond.

PROBATION. Mishaad Travon Jones, 34, Chestertown, on Nov. 21, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Lacey Kaye Morris, 36, Chestertown, on Nov. 21, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.

FTA. Tony Marcell Hollis, 67, Chestertown, on Nov. 22, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Deputy Shane Steppe is investigating a Nov. 23 theft in the 21000-block of Sharp Street, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported the value of the taken items to be $135.
