Chestertown Police
DRUGS. Shuron Latay Douglas, 42, Glen Burnie, on July 10, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with possession of PCP/LSD/hallucinogens with intent to distribute. Initially, he was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offense is alleged to have occurred May 13 in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.
DRUGS. Jason Nathaniel Seago, 40, Chestertown, on July 9, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, not cannabis (two counts); and possession of CDS paraphernalia (two counts). The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 900-block of Washington Avenue. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis investigated.
Seago also was served a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
Initially, he was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on July 11, took a report of theft in the 800-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
ASSAULT. Crystal Christine Wilson, 45, Chestertown, on July 11, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred June 30 in the 100-block of Flatland Road.
ASSAULT. PFC Eric Nunez is investigating a reported assault July 22 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
FRAUD. PFC Travis Burke, on July 23, took a report of fraud in the 100-block of Scheeler Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
SHOPLIFTING. Officer Ryan Thompson, on July 23, took a report of shoplifting in the Washington Square Shopping Center. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
DISORDERLY. Officer Ryan Thompson, on July 24, took a report of a disorderly person in the 100-block of Brown Street.
Kent County Sheriff
FTA. Jeremiah Tyler Stanford, 23, Smyrna, Del., on July 24, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on his own recognizance.
PROTECTIVE ORDER. Thomas Francis McTear, 58, Still Pond, on July 24, was served a district court summons for violation of a protective order. He was released after signing for the summons.
PEACE ORDER. Rebecca Anne Urie, 53, Still Pond, on July 27, was served a district court summons for failure to comply with a peace order. She was released after signing for the summons.
PAROLE. Keith Daniel Robinson, 41, Worton, on July 27, was arrested on a Maryland Parole Commission parole retake warrant. According to a news release, he was released to investigators from the Maryland Parole Commission.
DRUGS. Amber Marie Bacon, 38, Millington, on July 28, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance, not cannabis (two counts); and possession of CDS paraphernalia. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
