CHESTERTOWN — Alma Nely Escudero Reyes, 32, Bowling Green, Ky., on July 2, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving a vehicle with lamp improperly displaying white light from rear; driving a vehicle with suspended registration; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. on Washington Avenue at Morgnec Road.

CHESTERTOWN — Patricia Marie Smith, 52, Chester, on July 8, was charged with displaying expired registration plate; driving a vehicle with suspended registration; failure to attach registration plates at front and rear; driving without required license and authorization; driving while license is suspended; driving on suspended license and privilege; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 12:29 p.m. on Washington Avenue at Hadaway Drive.

CHESTERTOWN — Krysten Marie Gill, 35, Dover, Del., on July 13, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol; and driving while so far impaired by alcohol that she cannot drive safely.
DFC Daniel Parent conducted the traffic stop at 2:32 a.m. on Washington Avenue at North Cross Street.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, during a roadside interview with Gill, DFC Parent detected “indicators of impairment.”
Gill allegedly performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests.
